We headed out to our designated areas to deliver the moon cakes to the neighbors. The nterns were covering the streets. It was an enjoyable thing to see. Seeing her watch her siblings together with their spouses, I can see that is the type of retionship she wants with them.

  I will do my best to keep that with her.

  "What are you thinking about?"

  "Nothing, just enjoying the time with my family. "

  I can tell that there were other things on her mind besides that. Not wanting to ruin the night, I will not press the issue. We reached the st house we had to deliver to. We continued to enjoy the festival. Reaching a pce where people were dancing and having a wonderful time.

  Noticing that her feet were tapping like she wanted to dance. So, I took her by the hand to lead her out to the dance. Making sure my body got close to hers and gripped her. Looking deeply in her eyes, trying to convey that I am ready to head home for just time with her.

  "What is on your mind?" as she looked at me

  "I just want to go home and watch fireworks with you." Trying not to be obvious.

  We finished dancing and started back to her parents' house. Kept on trying to flirt with her a little by brushing her hair out of her face, smiling at her, rubbing her hand softly, and just giving her loving looks.

  Getting back to the house, I had noticed that her room had a few steps we could see the fireworks from just perfectly. So, I guided her down the steps to sit on. I could not help myself. I had to kiss her, so I grabbed her chin and leaned in for a kiss.

  Hearing her family coming up was a mood killer for me. Seeing her face, she is hoping the same thing as me they will leave us alone. As their voices are getting louder and closer to us. As they are coming to us, I can hear them joking around about her being my wife. I wanted to say something, but I can see they were just teasing her.

  "Look at the little lovebirds," her older brother snickered

  The others just sitting there ughing, "They won't have grandchildren soon if they act like this." Second brother snickered.

  "You have been married longer than me. Why don't you have children yet?" Na teased back.

  All I could do was ugh at their priceless look across their faces.

  As she continues, "I could be already pregnant! What is your excuse?"

  You can see the light bulbs go off in their heads as they looked at their spouses. They quickly removed themselves to their rooms for the night. As I watch them leave, I noticed my in-ws ughing at the situation.

  "Is it possible?" I could not contain the excitement much longer, knowing she could be pregnant.

  "We consummated more than once. So, anything is possible." She had a big smile on her face.

  "Just in case we weren't successful, let's keep on trying." I grabbed her hand and led her into the room.

  Holding back the excitement, I led her straight to the bed, gently ying her down. Kissing her forehead and working my way down to her lips. Removing her clothes quickly, I noticed something. She had already untied everything without me even noticing. I continued to work my hands through her body.

  Enjoying every bit of her skin, it is so soft, watching her body twitch with each touch and kiss. Slowly moving my legs in between hers, sliding them open so I can slide into her lotus. She is more rexed this time.

  Sliding into her every time we are together like this, it feels that we are one person. We coordinated our movements with each other. As I watch her back arch up, I can tell she is almost climatic, feeling her muscles tighten around my dragon I want to finish. She gave one st moan. I knew it was time to finish hard.

  Our bodies colpsing into each other. I slid in right behind her, holding her tightly throughout the night. Waking up with the rising sun, still holding her tight. Cao knocking at the door to bring us breakfast.

  Cao walks into the room. I hear Na ask, "How was your family?"

  "They are doing well." Cao responded.

  Looking at my beautiful wife, I could not help but smile at her. Shuming was not too far from Cao walking into the room.

  He had a serious look on his face. "Your highness, we are on schedule for tomorrow when you leave for your honeymoon."

  I just nodded at Shuming; our chambers are busy this morning. I was just trying to get some time with her before the day really started.

  Hearing her mom "Can I have some time with my daughter?"

  All I could do was smile and leave. I can take a hint from the moms. So, me and Shuming headed out to the courtyard. Noticing her father sitting out in the pagoda, deciding I should see him.

  We rarely see each other at court, and this is a unique environment we are in a family setting. There are no formalities here. He was sitting there just enjoying the morning with not a care in the world. When I approached, he looked down at the Go board.

  "Do you want to py?" Her dad requested.

  "Sure" being nervous.

  "How are you and my daughter getting a long?"

  "Good," I say nervously.

  "You guys leave tomorrow. Where are you going to take her?"

  "I thought we would just tour the country."

  "Good."

  "You better treat my little girl as nice as you can."

  "I love your daughter; she means everything to me."

  "Please do not cause any issues within the Harem."

  "What do you mean? I am concerned.

  "Well, if you do not spend at least an equal amount of time with each person, jealousy will arrive and that could lead to problems."

  "I will make sure the Harem stays fair."

  "Another thing, my daughter can get jealous sometimes. Make sure you communicate with her."

  "I will."

  Being confused with all this information he was handing down, I noticed that he only had the two wives, no other concubines at all. Knowing better, I will not ask questions. I am gd we are having this talk and all. It never occurred that he was a protective dad.

  Looking up now, I noticed the women were leaving; I wanted to stand up and go after.

  "Sit down. They are just going shopping. They are always safe. We have guards around all the time when they leave the house." Her dad stated.

  That made me feel more comfortable with them going and I know I have people watching out for them as well.

  "Father-in-w, if you do not mind, I need to excuse myself. I have some work to do before we leave tomorrow."

  "Go ahead. We can talk ter."

  As I get up from the chair, I looked around his courtyard I noticed he lives a normal life, not like the other officials that show off their status. I know understand her a little better being here. It is a different side to the prime minister.

  He just smiles at me and nods as he continues to sit there. I know his sons will be out in a minute to talk to him. Looking at Shuming signaling to go out of the manor. We headed out to get supplies for the honeymoon, such as food for the picnic that I have pnned for in route to the first town.

  I wanted to brief the guards on the route we will be taking. We were standing in front of the manor as I was telling my guards the route when I hear Cao screaming and running up to us.

  "The crown princess is causing problems." As she was gasping for air.

  We hurried up and followed Cao to where they were. I can hear the crown princess's tantrum.

  "Escort the crown princess back to the pace." Looking at Shuming.

  He just nodded and took her by the arm.

  "This way, your highness."

  Fen knew not to fight against me in public, so she left willingly. That woman is going to be my death if she continues her war path. I do not understand Fen and why she wants to destroy everything. Looking around a little more, hoping that there was no public damage being done. The crowd just seemed to nod their heads in disapproval and carry on their ways.

  I realized I did not know what happened to Na. I frantically looking around for her. Then I hear screaming from her mom.

  "Call the doctor." She was frantic.

  I rush over. "Is she ok?"

  I realized I did not put her first. I was more concerned about how the pace would perceive the incident. The guilt sat in my stomach like a hard rock I quickly picked her up and rushed her into the store. Seeing it was the closest building so the doctor could look at her.

  She gave me a loving look. "I will be ok. Look, I am still alive, and it is minor, no big deal."

  Seeing blood dripping down her arm, I was worried she was really hurt. The doctor finally shows up and patches her up.

  He pulled me aside. "She will be fine."
