"Kid let me introduce your brothers and sisters of our martial lineage." Said Hu Bin as he smile widely.

Hu Bin pointed at the uncle who look like a ordinary scholar not much a martial artist.

"Your first elder brother Lo Kenshi at Master Peak Refine Qi."

"Hello junior brother, if you need guidance you can come to me."

Then Hu Bin pointed a athletic women wearing fit clothes showing her well trained muscles.

"This is your eldest sister and my daugther. Hu Tao at Master Refine Qi." Hu Bin smiled as he said.

"Junior welcome to the family." Hu Tao wink at Joshua.

"And you should know Bi Lan, he is your third disciple brother at Master Refine Qi."

  Bi Lan nod at joshua.

"As for your fourth brother that would be Wu Rei at Master Innate Qi."

"Junior, if needed anything to buy my family might be of help." Wu Rei bkush and smiled as he said.

Last Hu Bin pointed a girl about my age.

"Your second elder sister Che Mio at Master Refine Qi."

"Hmm" Che Mio greeted and then quickly look away.

After introducing everyone Hu Bin called Joshua.

  "Alright lad introduce yourself."

Doing a bowing gesture, Joshua introduce himself to everyone "Hello my name is Joshua Carter, Please take care of me."

Hu Bin loudly said "good good good, now that you guys are acquainted. We can start your training in blood using our hall Medicinal Blood Pill."

Joshua shock, he quickly said "But Master I have not started training yet on [Tri Body Training Manual]."

Hu Bin shake his head and said "the [Tri Body Training Manual] is mostly a Qi training manual for Blood Qi, Innate Qi and refine Qi. The body training there is just laying a suitable physique which you already have."

Joshua shock that he had already laid the foundation and ready to quickly start training Qi.

"Lad the [Tri Body Training Manual] doesn't excel in one part like strength, speed and etc. But spread it out all, it excell in everything." Hu Bin proudly announced the strength of the manual.

Hu Bin cough and said "Of course your brothers and sisters might not practice the original but have modified part to focus certain things. But you are different, you are perfectly suitible to practice the original [Tri Body Training Manual] like it was made for you."

Joshua nodded with excitement as he felt a rush of energy inside him, eager to see what kind of power this ancient training manual would unlock.

Hu Bin reached into his robe and pulled out a small wooden box.

With a gentle flick of his wrist, he opened it to reveal a single crimson pill nestled on a velvet cushion.

"This is our hall's Medicinal Blood Pill. It will help you in your initial stages of Qi training. Take it, and remember to perform the Qi exercise to fully unleash to medicine."

Joshua took the pill with both hands, feeling the warmth emanating from it. It was as if the pill itself was alive, vibrating with potential.

He swallowed it with a gulp, feeling the warmth spread down his throat and into his stomach.

Almost immediately, he could feel his body changing, his veins pulsing with newfound vitality.

Hu Bin began to instruct him in the basic Qi exercises, starting with the Blood Qi training of the Tri Body Training Manual.

The movements were simple, but as Joshua performed them, he felt the energy within him responding in ways he never had before. His muscles stretched and grew stronger, his breath grew deeper and more controlled, and he felt a tingling sensation as his blood started to circulate more efficiently.

The absorption of the Medicinal Blood Pill was a gradual process, taking several hours for its full effects to manifest.

The narrative has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the infringement.

During this time, Joshua felt his body going through a series of uncomfortable changes. His skin felt hot to the touch, his heart raced, and he was bombarded by strange sensations as the pill's potent ingredients interacted with his blood and organs.

He fought the urge to squirm and instead focused on the rhythmic breathing and fluid movements that were part of the Qi training.

Che Mio, noticing his discomfort, approached him.

"Don't worry, this is normal. The pill is working to purify and strengthen your blood. It's an essential part of your Qi foundation." Her voice was calm and reassuring, a stark contrast to the storm brewing within him.

The hours ticked by, and the intensity of the sensations grew.

His vision blurred at times, and he could feel his blood pumping so vigorously it was almost painful. Yet, with each pulse, he grew more aware of his body, the energy flowing through his veins, and the power that was building within him.

The room was silent, save for the faint sound of their breathing and the occasional crackle of the fire in the corner.

Hu Bin and the others watched him closely, noticing the subtle changes in his aura. They had seen this transformation many times before, but each disciple's experience was unique. They knew that the pill was working its magic, pushing him to the limits of his endurance as it reshaped his very essence.

The room grew hotter, not from the fire but from the intense energy that filled the air as Joshua's Qi began to surge.

Sweat beaded on his forehead, and his eyes took on a distant look as he focused inwardly, feeling the power of the medicine seep into every cell of his body. It was a grueling process, one that would test his will and determination.

After a long time, he was able to absorb every thing while barely staying concious.

"This is your first time producing blood qi with time and repeated exercise you won't feel this small pain again" Hu Bin said Encouragingly to him.

Joshua nodded, his body feeling as if it had just run a marathon.

He took a deep breath and tried to stand, but his legs wobbled beneath him.

The intense experience of absorbing the medicinal blood pill had left him feeling both exhausted and invigorated.

Hu Tao stepped forward, her eyes gleaming with excitement. "Your first sparring match is tomorrow," she announced, slapping him on the back. "Rest well tonight, and tomorrow we'll see what you're truly made of."

  ---

The next day dawned bright and early, and the anticipation of the sparring match weighed heavily on the air.

The training hall was abuzz with whispers and bets being placed among the disciples.

Joshua felt a mix of excitement and nervousness as he faced his opponent, a 4 year member disciple named Xiao Fang. Despite his newfound strength, he knew he was still a novice in the grand scheme of things in the martial world.

The sparring match began with a ceremonial bow, and then the two disciples circled each other warily. Xiao Fang, a lithe and quick young man, darted forward, his fists a blur as he threw a rapid series of punches. Joshua, still a bit shaky from the after-effects of the Medicinal Blood Pill, barely managed to block and dodge the onslaught. His body felt like it was moving through molasses, and he struggled to keep up with Xiao Fang's agility.

Lo Kenshi, watching from the sidelines, offered words of advice. "Remember the breathing technique, Joshua. It's not about brute strength, but the flow of your Qi."

Joshua took a deep breath, focusing on the calming rhythm of his heartbeat. He steadied himself and felt his energy begin to flow more smoothly. His movements became less erratic and more calculated. He threw a punch of his own, and to his surprise, it connected with Xiao Fang's ribs, causing the older disciple to stumble back. A murmur of surprise rippled through the audience.

Encouraged by the hit, Joshua pushed forward, his fists and feet moving in tandem with his Qi. He could feel the power of the Medicinal Blood Pill coursing through him, bolstering his strength and speed. Yet, Xiao Fang was not to be underestimated. He had years of experience in the martial arts, and his reflexes were honed to a razor's edge. He countered Joshua's attacks with ease, his own punches and kicks coming faster and more precise.

Joshua's inexperience began to show as the match progressed. His breathing grew ragged, and he found himself relying on brute force rather than skills and technique that his opponent had displayed. Xiao Fang, sensing his opponent's desperation, feigned a retreat and then swiftly closed the gap. With a lightning-quick jab, he landed a hit on Joshua's chin, sending him sprawling to the ground. The impact was like a sledgehammer, and the world swam before his eyes.

The crowd fell silent, watching as Joshua pushed himself back up, his face flushed with pain and determination. He tried to regain his footing, but his legs refused to cooperate. Xiao Fang waited patiently, a hint of a smirk playing on his lips. He knew he had the upper hand and was enjoying the show of the newcomer's tenacity.

"It seems like the new blood needs to learn some humility," Xiao Fang taunted, his voice echoing in the hall.

Joshua's cheeks burned with a mix of anger and embarrassment.

He had never felt so outmatched, even with the power of the Blood Qi coursing through his veins. As he wiped the blood from his lip, he knew that he had a long way to go before he could stand alongside other martial artist.

"Hahaha no need to be embarrass, everyone in this hall got beaten in their first match." Xiao Fang said loudly.

Everyone look away and Hu Bin laugh.

"Don't mind Xiao Fang, he is always like that. He just want to see how much spirit you have." Chen Mio said to joshua.

Joshua nodded, the taste of defeat bitter in his mouth. He knew he had much to learn.

As he stepped off the sparring ring, the other disciples gathered around, some offering sympathetic pats on the back while others whispered among themselves.

Despite the initial jovial atmosphere, he could feel their underlying respect for his refusal to give up.

The day's training session came to an end, and the group dispersed.

As the newcomer, he was the center of attention.

Disciples approached him, eager to know more about his background and what had brought him to the Tri Body Hall. They were curious about the foreigner who had the fortune to be recognized by their Master and be accepted as a true diciple.

Che Mio noticed the exhaustion etched on Joshua's face and offered to help him to the resting quarters. "You'll need your rest," she said with a gentle smile.

"Your body is still adjusting to the changes. Tomorrow's training will be even tougher."

Joshua nodded gratefully and followed her.

The quiet conversation on the way to the dorms was filled with her sharing stories of her own early days at the hall and the challenges she had faced.

Her words of encouragement helped to ease the sting of his first loss.
