Chapter 11 - Dungeon bound VI

Arriving at the Tier 0 Dungeon, our person sighed..

"Fuck.. Who knew a dungeon would be all the way out here.."

"Whatever, at least I made it here.."

The dungeon from the outside, resembled a cave entrance. A dark presence emanated from inside.

*It's just a Tier 0 dungeon.. nothing to worry about*

Gripping his sword tighter as he entered the dungeon.

There was a brick staircase, Leading all the way down..

Our persons footsteps advanced into the Dungeon.

"It sure is... Dark down here."

"I need to finish this before Thea returns.."

  He whispered..

Water seeped from within the walls.

At the bottom of the hallway, torches can be noticed lighting up the room below.

"Not a single monster in sight yet.."

As he entered the first room, a couple of green colored slimes may be seen roaming around.

This room itself, rectangular in shape, the ceiling towers quite high.

"Ah.. There they are! I am so gonna destroy these slimes."

Taking initiative, he sprinted toward the first slime and attempted to slice it in half.. Its residue splattering all around.

  "Ha! got that little shit!"

Some goop, and the remains of the slime gathered back to Its main body.

"Okay.. That didn't work.... at all actually"

His eyes followed the slimes remnants back to the body itself, noticing its..

  "Core.. The core! Right."

Shining in the slime's center was its core. This is likely responsible for the slime's life.

"I'm betting if I manage to destroy that.. The entire thing goes down."

Before the slime could fully reform, our person quickly leaped and cut up the slime's core.

Drenching the floor wet, the dead slime's body disintegrated into the cold stone floor.

"Heh, first one down.. 2 more to go."

Without wasting any more time, he made quick work of the other 2 slimes.

"Well, that was.. quite fuckin' easy."

With some slime juice still sticking on his sword, he flicked his blade, trying to get rid of the liquid.

"Ew.... Whatever let's just get this dungeon over with.."

Making it over to the next room.. he immediately took notice of a chest at the very end, two skeletons and more slimes.

A particular skeleton, had a wooden bow.. and sent an arrow flying toward our person.

He leaned over to his side, barely dodging the projectile.

  "Ngh, That was close.."

Slimes.. starting to surround him he made an effort to run around the room trying to take them down. one by one.

Clashing swords with the other skeleton, our person tried figuring out how to take out these skeletons.

"Wait.. do these skeletons even have a core.?"

"..." Attempting to focus on not getting hit.

  "Yeah, on their chest."

When the skeleton wielding the sword gave up an opening, our person took advantage and pierced it.

"Fuck yeah.. Now I need to go for the one with that bow.."

He used the dead skeleton as a barricade and ran toward the other skeleton.. bashing it toward a wall.

Gripping his sword ever tighter, he sliced the skeleton's core in half, killing it.

"Alright, now these simple slimes should be left."

Dicing through the leftover slimes, our person made haste and rushed toward the wooden chest.

"My, my, I wonder what this contains.."

He bent down, making an effort to open this chest.. Until something crawled on his leg.

"What the- FUCK. I THOUGHT I GOT RID OF ALL OF THEM"

It was a slime, trying to eat away at our persons leg.

"GOD IT BURNS! MY SWORD WHERE IS IT?!"

He grabbed his sword and pierced through the slime's core, and fell off. Leaving a deep burn mark on where the slime was.

"Shit, must've miscounted them.. Whatever I'll just let Thea heal this."

All that was left was the chest, standing right in front of him.

"Right now, I need to loot this place..."

As he was about to open the chest.. A beast came out from within a dark corner.

  "What..?"

  "I thought that was all?"

  "Shit.."

  Shit indeed.
