Extra Segment - A thanks you letter for Studio A Cat of Japan.

I’ve been reflecting on Studio A-CAT’s adaptation of The Beginning After The End (TBATE) Season 1, and my admiration for their work has only deepened. While some viewers have pointed out concerns regarding animation quality and production choices, I find myself captivated by the unique narrative experience they've crafted. Their approach resonates with the essence of indie visual novels, offering a fresh perspective that stands out in the anime landscape.

Studio A-CAT, known for projects like Highspeed Etoile and The Strongest Magician in the Demon Lord’s Army Was a Human, assembled a talented team for TBATE. Under the direction of Keitaro Motonaga (Date A Live, Katanagatari) and the writing of Takamitsu Kōno, with character designs by Masami Sueoka and music composed by Keiji Inai, they've brought a distinctive flair to the series. The involvement of TurtleMe, the original creator, as a story supervisor further ensures the adaptation stays true to its roots.

This narrative has been purloined without the author's approval. Report any appearances on Amazon.

Despite facing challenges like time constraints and budget limitations, the team's dedication is evident in every episode. Their commitment to delivering a compelling story, even under pressure, is commendable. I believe that with adequate resources and support, Studio A-CAT has the potential to elevate TBATE to even greater heights, possibly rivaling renowned studios like White Fox.

Art is inherently subjective, and while opinions on this adaptation may vary, I stand by my appreciation for Studio A-CAT's vision. Their work on TBATE has not only brought the story to life but has also left a lasting impression on me. I'm eager to see how they continue to develop this series and look forward to future episodes with great anticipation.

Does everyone agree, TBATE is a failure as a anime. But as a Visual Novel, I'D say it's just as same if not harder to pull than any solo leveling crap shit. It's the perfect strategy like Ayanokoji kiyotaka's level to quickly adapt the whole TBATE as a tribute and let the viewers raise and questions the contents making everyone feels the pain. Hats off Studio A Cat, you deserve my respect and I'll give you every ounce of it. No regrets, it's way gooder than eminence in the shadow level, but in real life.
