  Sehr geehrter Herr Direktor

  Durch Dritte habe ich erfahren, dass Herr Romano Sch?fer nach dem Entscheid aus Stra?burg in einer sehr belastenden Situation ist und offenbar einen Suizidversuch unternommen hat. Diese Nachricht hat mich tief erschüttert.

  Ich stehe seit Jahren mit Herrn Sch?fer in Kontakt, unter anderem im Zusammenhang mit dem Buchprojekt ?Lieber tot als verwahrt“, das auch auf meiner Website dokumentiert ist. Wir haben in dieses Projekt viel Zeit, Energie und Hoffnung investiert.

  In seinem letzten Brief schrieb Herr Sch?fer, er werde mich wieder einmal anrufen. Dieser direkte Austausch ist im Moment besonders wichtig. Leider ist mir seine aktuelle Adresse nicht bekannt, und ein Brief würde ihn erst mit erheblicher Verz?gerung erreichen.

  Ich bitte Sie daher h?flich, Herrn Sch?fer mitzuteilen, dass er mich bitte telefonisch kontaktieren m?ge, sobald es ihm m?glich ist. Sollte es administrativ einfacher sein, dürfen Sie diese E-Mail gerne ausdrucken und ihm weiterleiten.

  Mir geht es darum, ihm Mut zu machen, die Situation in Ruhe gemeinsam zu betrachten und keine vorschnellen Entscheidungen zu treffen. Nach drei Jahren des Wartens ist ein negativer Entscheid ein schwerer Schlag – aber nicht das Ende aller M?glichkeiten.

  Urgent Request for Communication – Romano Sch?fer

  Dear Director,

  I have recently been informed that Mr. Romano Sch?fer is going through a very difficult period following the decision from Strasbourg and that he reportedly attempted suicide. This news has deeply concerned me.

  I have been in contact with Mr. Sch?fer for several years, particularly in connection with the book project “Lieber tot als verwahrt,” which is also documented on my website. We have invested significant time, effort, and hope in this work.

  In his last letter, Mr. Sch?fer mentioned that he would call me again. Direct communication at this moment feels especially important. Unfortunately, I do not yet know his current address, and sending a letter would likely take considerable time to reach him.

  I therefore kindly ask you to inform Mr. Sch?fer that I would very much appreciate a phone call from him as soon as possible. If it is administratively easier, you are welcome to print this email and forward it to him.

  My intention is simply to encourage him, to reflect calmly on the situation together, and to avoid any hasty decisions. After waiting three years, a negative decision is a heavy blow — but it does not necessarily mean that all possibilities are exhausted.

  Richiesta urgente di comunicazione – Romano Sch?fer

  Egregio Direttore,

  Ho recentemente appreso che il signor Romano Sch?fer sta attraversando un periodo estremamente difficile dopo la decisione di Strasburgo e che avrebbe tentato il suicidio. Questa notizia mi ha profondamente colpito e preoccupato.

  Sono in contatto con il signor Sch?fer da diversi anni, in particolare nell’ambito del progetto editoriale “Lieber tot als verwahrt”, documentato anche sul mio sito web. In questo progetto abbiamo investito molto tempo, energie e speranza.

  Nella sua ultima lettera il signor Sch?fer mi aveva scritto che mi avrebbe telefonato nuovamente. Ritengo che un contatto diretto sia in questo momento particolarmente importante. Purtroppo non conosco ancora il suo indirizzo attuale e una lettera impiegherebbe molto tempo per raggiungerlo.

  Le chiedo pertanto cortesemente di informare il signor Sch?fer che sarei molto grato se potesse contattarmi telefonicamente appena possibile. Se fosse più semplice dal punto di vista amministrativo, può stampare questa e-mail e consegnargliela.

  Il mio unico intento è incoraggiarlo, riflettere con calma sulla situazione e evitare decisioni affrettate. Dopo tre anni di attesa, una decisione negativa rappresenta un colpo molto duro — ma non significa necessariamente che non vi siano più possibilità.

  La ringrazio per la Sua attenzione e collaborazione in questa situazione delicata.

Verwahrte werden n?mlich im normalen Strafvollzug untergebracht und somit lebenslang bestraft, obwohl sie ihre Strafe l?ngst verbüsst haben und es nur noch darum ginge, die Gesellschaft vor ihnen abzuschirmen.
