Malik raised his hand a hole of darkness appeared and swallowed the beam. “No, I do not think you will Seth” Malik said, “I am running out of time to play with you, and I have other plans that need tending to”. Seth raised his knife for another attack when the veil reappeared but this time it became thicker obscuring sight. Seth golden light shone out and fought the veil and the veil shrunk. “I have other plans to tend as I said. I have foreseen that we will confront each other again soon.   It took several days to straighten out all the people who had been controlled had snapped out of their trance after the final confrontation with Malik. The Lord had deployed soldiers to keep the peace while the damage was assessed, and rebuilding efforts begun. Nerrick reassumed his position and began to put the university back in order. The same night of the confrontation, Seth left he said he was heading to Dusken. Wolf and Shadow went to try and sort out the gang situation.
