Hey!
I've been busy lately and haven't had the time to work on Crypts of the Forgotten.
When I started posting, I only had five semi-ready chapters. That was my biggest mistake among others. I rushed ahead without a proper buffer, and between burnout and real life, the story suffered.
There are major pacing and structural issues I need to fix. I skipped parts of the progression because I felt it was moving too slowly, and in doing so, I drifted away from what I originally wanted the story to be. It was my first serious attempt at writing, and I learned a lot from it.
Love this novel? Read it on Royal Road to ensure the author gets credit.
The story will likely return later this year if everything goes well and I have enough time to write. In the meantime, I worked on something new.
Expedition 206
Earth is dying. Humanity’s last hope lies in a one-way portal to a new world called Elysium.
The First Expedition managed to send back a single word before contact was lost.
“Safe.”
Two hundred and five expeditions have followed since — trusting that one word.
Now it’s Expedition 206’s turn. The story will follow Lucien and the 206th wave as they step into the unknown.

More details soon. And a proper blurb.
Thanks!
