Chapter Eighty-Nine: Kill Through

To the miners, the overseer was a cruel and ruthless devil, but at this moment, after the loud voice rang out, they were like tame hunting dogs, standing upright in unison, bowing their heads to salute towards the villa.

  "Your Honor!"

The loud shout of respect from the foremen directly scared the miners pee, and they quickly closed their mouths, even slowing down their breathing.

The dagger mine was an important source of wealth for the Duke Praxido Domingo of Western Border, so the person sent by him must be a trusted aide. Not to mention these low-level miners, even the mayor of Morning Dew Town would have to kneel and fawn when meeting them, treating them with caution and courtesy.

The construction workers were greatly shocked and hastily put on their clothes, ready to rush out of the building.

"Settle your grudges among miners in a miner's way. You just keep the order, don't let the disturbance spread."

The sunset had already fallen below the horizon, but with the remaining light, Tong Dun still saw the thin figure standing on the third floor of the villa, behind the open louvered window.

It's hard to imagine how such a weak-looking man could have such a bold and powerful voice.

The foreman spoke, and the overseers naturally didn't dare to block him, clearing a path leading to the foreman's building. However, they all glared at Tang Don with malice, apparently having made an enemy of this guy.

Downton walked into the dormitory building with a firm pace, without looking back. New housekeeper Da Fink's face was expressionless, but many thoughts flashed through her mind.

"Are you going to use that young man as a trump card to break the deadlock?" A middle-aged woman wearing pajamas stood beside Dofenk, looking at the back of Tangton and couldn't help but ask, "Do you think he can do it?"

Her husband's frequently furrowed brow recently has let his wife know that he has been under tremendous pressure lately.

The two sons of Duke Domingo recently had a falling out over power struggles and even engaged in a fierce fight.

The former manager of the Dagger Mine, Doshaf, has been won over by Young Master, and in these seven years, they have colluded with each other, embezzling a huge amount of money.

The young master, having been beaten by his brother, in a fit of rage and without thinking, told the Duke of Domingo about these problems existing in the mine.

In recent years, the Duke of Domingo has gradually handed over some daily affairs in the western border to Master Xiao for management. After hearing this, he was furious and immediately appointed Dufenke as the new master of the Dagger Mine, and also checked the accounts for the past ten years.

"The young master is too impatient, I was already collecting evidence, and when the time comes, we can directly get rid of Dusakhov and strike a blow to the young master's status in the duke's heart. Now this has made me very passive." Dofenk was extremely depressed.

Former master Du Shazhu has been in charge of the dagger mine for seven years, and he has long managed it like an iron barrel. The captain of the guard, the general manager, and even the mine bosses are all his men. As for the direct descendants hidden in the dark, there may be more.

Under the lingering aura of Dushev, who dares to vote for Doverenk? They seem respectful, but in fact they don't think so at all. It's all pretence. They still believe that Dushev will take down Doverenk.

In seven years, there have been five principals, who either died in the power struggle with Andorosov or fled in disarray.

Dofenke looks good, but is actually in a very dangerous situation.

"Don't forget your goal, no matter how hard it is, you have to get through it." His wife comforted him, "I think this young man is not bad, he has a lot of courage."

In the workers' dormitory, a mournful howl suddenly rang out, causing all the miners to shudder collectively. They all crowded towards the entrance, stretching their necks to peer in, but not one of them dared to go inside.

"Hmm, if he succeeds, I don't mind promoting him, giving him status and wealth." Dofenk urgently needed a catalyst to disrupt all the old rules of the Dagger Mine, and then re-establish a new order that belonged to him.

Unaware of being targeted by Dofenke and already treated as a pawn, Tanton walked down the corridor with a gloomy gaze.

The doors on both sides of the wall were all open, and those miners and mercenaries were all hugging their arms, looking at Tang Dun with a playful smile.

  "You're really asking for it!"

"Austin, kill this kid quickly and hang him on a wooden frame to dry into salted fish!"

Insults and jeers erupted from all sides, some thugs even made obscene gestures, whistling, provoking Downton.

Capable of being chosen as a trusted thug, their physique is naturally unquestionable, otherwise how can they suppress the miners? So they are sturdy and strong like a violent bear, with muscles bulging one by one, full of ferocity and savagery on their faces, with obvious characteristics of violence.

Three young attendants who followed saw these men on both sides and were frightened pale, with trembling legs.

"Look, a worker! A laborer!" one of his confidants muttered subconsciously.

"What are you yelling about?" Tang Don roared loudly, raising a middle finger at the thugs, "Come out and fight with me if you dare!"

Ptoo, a thug spat a mouthful of thick phlegm onto Tang Don's face.

Dunton dodged sideways and with a flick of his wrist, he flung out the iron pipe in his hand.

Pffft, fresh blood sprayed out, the belly of the man who was hit was pierced by a sharpened iron pipe, the intense pain made him let out a miserable scream, heart-wrenching and lung-splitting.

"Next time, I'll shoot your mouth off!" Tong Dun stood still, looking around, roaring loudly, "Who doesn't obey, step out!"

The thugs were no longer sneering, but instead stared at Tong Dun with cold and stern eyes.

Of course, there are also some people who see the kid's violent movements and subconsciously collect their expressions. They think that since neither side has conflicted, why bother to provoke this silly boy?

"Hmph!" Tongdon continued on his way, behind him were the thugs and mercenaries squeezed in the doorway, as well as an unlucky devil with a hole shot through his belly.

A pool of blood had already formed under his body.

  "Os, get out!"

As soon as Downton finished shouting, there was a rapid footsteps on the stairs, quickly approaching.

After a few gasps for breath, more than fifty thugs poured out of the staircase like a school of sardines foraging in the ocean and surged into the corridor.

  "It's him, stand up!"

  "Kill him!"

The thugs saw Tong Dun and immediately swung their machetes at him.

Three young attendants stared at the gleaming blade, their crotches moistening, and were truly frightened to the point of urination. However, they saw that Tang Don's workshop head didn't show any fear, but instead quickly stepped forward, and for a moment, they admired him extremely.

Even those onlookers couldn't help but admit that Tangton's momentum at this moment was not inferior in the slightest.

Tang Dun stretched out his right hand and pulled out an iron pipe from his backpack, swinging it out with the momentum.

Whoosh! The sharp iron pipe tore through the air like a crossbow bolt, shooting into the shoulder of the thug who was charging at the front.

Blood flowers burst forth, a powerful shockwave carrying his body backward in retreat.

  Hiss, hiss, hiss!

Tang Dun's right hand swung wildly, like a Gatling gun, and in the blink of an eye, he threw out ten iron pipes.

The miners who were shot directly fell down, and the momentum of the charge was halted.

Blood splattered on the wall and flowed down, wailing sounds began to spread.

The onlookers were stunned, and before they could even react, nearly ten of Oss's henchmen had fallen to the ground, their morale plummeting.

Dundon continued to sprint, rapidly closing the distance between them.

The miners swung their pickaxes, ready to split Tangton's skull open. It was not just Os's command, but also the stimulation of blood that made them go all out and show their most brutal attitude.

  Bang! Bang!

He drew out a new iron pipe, and with two quick successive swings of his arm, Tanton opened the cleaving knives that came crashing down, ringing out a clear metallic impact.

Two miners were stunned with numb arms and had not yet recovered their pickaxes when Tongdon's fierce offensive arrived.

The right miner's kneecap was brutally kicked by Tong Dun, and he knelt down in pain.

Dundon's right hand swung, two consecutive hits landed on the left miner's head, directly knocking him down. Then his knee lifted and hit the kneeling miner's chin.

Stepping over the two thugs who had lost consciousness, Tongdon continued his fierce attack.

The miners relied on their strong bodies and frequent fighting experience, but these were no advantage at all in front of Tong Dun.

Even without using the Three Divine Arts, Tang's physical strength was far superior to these thugs. A single iron pipe in his hand swung with a weight of a thousand jun, and no one could withstand a single blow.

"Get out of here!" Tang Don shouted, swinging down the iron pipe at the miner in front of him.

The miner raised his knife to block, but Tong Dun's strength was too great, and he directly chopped the knife onto his head, making him dizzy, and then he was knocked over.

The onlookers were stunned, and after seeing Tang Don's increased offensive, these miners couldn't even attack, they could only defend, and were beaten back repeatedly. Every time they blinked, another unfortunate soul would be beaten until their head was bloody and they fell to the ground.

Whoa, the iron pipe tore through the air and thrust into a miner's thigh. Tong Dun pulled it out and stabbed again, piercing his left abdomen. Then with one pull of his left hand, he dragged him to his back.

The remaining eight miners all held pickaxes, staring tightly at Tong Dun, but not one of them rushed up. Behind Tong Dun, more than thirty meters away, over forty seriously injured thugs lay on the ground, wailing and moaning, except for those who had fainted.

Blood all over the floor, twisted faces, the corridor has become a slaughterhouse!

Eight miners retreated towards the staircase entrance, their morale completely shattered, with cold sweat on their foreheads.

The onlookers had fallen silent, and Tang Don's speed in taking down the thugs was too fast, leaving them still reeling from the shock.

"Everyone goes up together, otherwise Old Os will not let us off."

There was a miner who tried to boost morale, but the miners just responded verbally and no one took action.

Downton walked towards the stairs, strolling leisurely as if taking a walk in his own backyard.

Ah, a miner thought of Os's cruelty and shouted loudly, rushing towards Tongdon with a broken pot. The knife had not been swung down yet when he was caught by the wrist.

Danton grabbed the miner and slammed him against the wall, then stabbed out with the iron pipe, jabbing it into his shoulder.

With a splat, amidst a spray of fresh blood, the miner was nailed to the wall.

Listening to the companion's scream, looking at Tang Dun's calm face, the remaining seven miners were so scared that they dropped their choppers and retreated far away from the stairs.

Downton slaughtered more than fifty miners' formation and stepped up the stairs.

"You little brat, don't be so smug. Our Osu Da Koutou has two Maken users under him." The miner thought that his concession had weakened their momentum, and he let out a loud roar, but this kind of attitude only made them appear more vicious on the inside.
