Chapter 94
Veksian sighed, he had to come up with a good excuse for his defeat. Moving his hands did nothing, the chains were able to completely restrict his physical strength. Expanding aura, it also remained within his body. Using several other skills, Veksian overestimated the danger of this particular spell. Not only were his soul and body bound, but all skills not related to the Elusive Space affinity were also sealed.
"Really amazing."
After pulling the mana out of his body and covering the entire structure with it, Veksian began to study the spell more closely. This magic was truly great, at first glance, he had absolutely no way to escape. Which had never happened to him because of his kinship.
After half an hour, Veksian began to understand the spell better, now he could even get out, but probably with fatal soul wounds.
He sighed loudly, created the "Hand of the Mage" and teleported the communication amulet from the pocket dimension. Mentally going over what to say, Veksian could not find the right words.
He felt terribly embarrassed, but what was most disappointing was that if he had given it his all in the first place, he would have won. Or at least, he wouldn't have been able to complain to himself that he hadn't given it his all when he lost. At the same time, it wasn't entirely his fault. The Bard had cleverly manipulated him, despite the strongest defenses of the Mind and Soul.
While he was lost in thought, Veksian noticed a bright point in the sky flying towards him at a faster speed. Using the spell "Target in Space", Veksian was able to recognize the beastman approaching him.
Hardening his face and pretending that he was not in a difficult situation, Veksian continued to study the spell calmly. The beastman used fire magic to fly, landing next to him on the golden platform. After dispelling the magic, she said nothing, but only covered her face with a fan so as not to show her smile.
She looked like a gorgeous girl, with long, fiery hair, dressed in a revealing red kimono, which perfectly showed her perfect third-size breasts and luscious hips. Fox ears adorned her head, and seven lush fox tails gracefully moved behind her back. Her entire image made her inexpressibly sexy and charming, forcing all men and even women looking at her to lustfully undress her with their eyes.
Name: Saya Glamories, ???
Race: Seven-Tailed Kitsune [Epic] Lvl 456
Class: Great Flame Mage Kitsune [Epic] Lvl 478
Класс: Mistress of Desires [Epic] Lvl 403
The girl held a fan, covering her face. Her eyes danced happily with barely contained amusement. Her thin smile slowly turned into a mad grin, breaking her facade. Before that happened, she licked her lips appetizingly, showing perfect teeth and sharp fangs.
"I can't believe that the great and terrible Elusive Space Mage will be captured. This is a joke worthy of being mentioned in legends. Hee hee. For the next few centuries, people will only talk about this... Perhaps the one who did this will even receive a legendary title for it." She said with a toothy smile.
Veksian rolled his eyes at her words. He had never liked this fox, but now he was even beginning to understand why.
"You know, Saya. I've started to hate people whose classes rely on charisma. So either try to finish that bard's job, or help me."
Saya's eyes flashed dangerously, but she later pulled herself together. "I'm afraid I'm not that stupid. Even if a possible title or achievement were to raise my power to a new level and unlock the eighth tail, it's not worth the risk. No matter how desperate your situation is, you can still kill me with one blow." Saya said and continued with a cheerful smile. "But that doesn't stop me from enjoying the situation. Hee hee."
"A bard who uses soul magic and relies on charisma. I wonder. That's Richard Darrell, right? If I'm not mistaken, he's the only [Epic] tier that fits the description. But could it really be him? He's too weak for that." Saya said while folding her fan.
Irritated by her assumptions, Veksian responded.
"Stupid Fox, do you think I would lose to a simple [Epic] level? It's not simple at all. Firstly, the strongest artifacts [Perfect Wind] and an unknown flute, possibly [Mythic] level. Secondly, his own abilities, the endless creation of spiritual projections, unknown magic, bard skills sharpened for attacking the mind, soul magic in the end. And that's not counting the greater source of spiritual power and the new Conceptual magic."
"Richard used these skills to their full potential, and when combined, they were on another level. His overall combat prowess... I can't even say what it was like. It was as if from the first step, he knew how our fight would end. He even survived a fatal attack from [Zagrynt's Twin Blades], and later resurrected and restored his soul. The only thing he couldn't do was completely heal the scar that remained." Richard said as Saya inspected the golden chains that bound Veksian.
"It actually sounds very dangerous, but why were you fighting? No matter how I look at it, I can't understand who in their right mind would challenge you, even if they could win, much less leave you alive afterwards." Saya said as she came closer and took off Veksian's obsidian helmet.
Veskian was displeased with her actions, but said nothing. Ignoring this, he responded.
"You are probably here because of the cursed one that destroyed the city of Kartan. I was here for the same reason. I was given the task to quickly kill this creature and return. When I got here, I saw the curse of a wolf-like monster and a 12-year-old beastman girl with the title [Cursed Existence] [Legendary]. Richard Darrell was standing next to them. During our conversation, it turned out that the girl was a Reincarnator, later I was ordered to take her away. Then Richard entered into battle with me, saying that this would not be an acceptable course of events."
Stepping away from Veksian and placing her helmet on the golden platform, Saya thought about his words.
"Perhaps he is an [Apostle] or [Chosen One] of one of the gods. I find it strange that he appeared at the right time and had such incredible power. As for the Reincarnator, I thought they had no innate skills, much less any connection to black magic."
"Perhaps, but he certainly does not belong to our pantheon, or the holy church. He spoke too honestly about them and did not want the Reincarnator to fall into their hands."
"This is bad, we rarely deal with gods, much less strangers, and a Reincarnator who wields cursed magic will cause a great shock."
"Better tell me when you can free me." Veksian interrupted her irritably.
"Hee hee." Saya laughed, smiling mischievously. "Maybe in a few hours, but until then, you're completely at my mercy."
Saya walked closer to Veksian and began to stroke his black armor with her hands. Her tails began to move smoothly behind her back as she smiled sexily. She stopped stroking him and leaned down and pressed her chest against him, watching his reaction with pleasure.
"Hee hee, you're not as persistent as I thought you were before." She said, gently touching his face with her slender fingers.
Veksian's face remained impassive, only the slight twitching of his eyes and forehead betrayed his irritation.
"Stop that. Get to work and break the chains." He said, not reacting visually to her advances.
But Sayu wasn't fooled at all, she had an [Epic] level class that focused on seduction and charisma. Using some of her professional skills, she knew how Veksiane really reacted to her.
"Hee hee, you're so untouchable. No matter how much you ask, I'll tell you no and there's nothing you can do about it. Hee hee!" Saya said and kissed Veksian on the lips.
He tried to move his head away and free himself from the chains, but all was in vain. Sai's soft lips touched his lips. Sai's skills began to affect him even more, they tried to break his determination and reluctance to touch her.
Saya's eyes lit up mischievously at his resistance. She took his face in both hands, beginning a more passionate kiss. Her soft tongue licked his lips and began to slide gently inside. Their tongues intertwined and Saya closed her eyes in pleasure, ignoring Veksian's resistance.
After a few minutes, Saya broke the kiss. She slowly pulled her head away, seductively licking her lips. Lowering her hands to Veksian's neck, she gently stroked it and kissed him again. Their kiss was much better than the last one, Veksian did not reject her and also enjoyed the process.

Breaking the kiss, Saya leaned over and whispered in Veksian's ear. "Can't you do anything about that nasty armor?" Veksian didn't answer, but his eyes said that he would never take off the armor. After all, he knew what that would lead to.
Smiling, Saya walked around Veksian from behind, carefully avoiding the gold chains. Hugging him and pressing her chest against him from behind, she gently kissed his neck, and then put more effort into it, moving higher and higher. Saya sighed languidly into his ear, touched it with her tongue, and began to lick it gently. Biting his earlobe, she began to suck it, making indecent sounds and breathing harder and harder.
Veksian's face remained unmoved at first, but the longer it went on, the more he wanted to take off his armor. Saya's seduction skills had a strong effect on his already weak mind after the fight with the bard.
Gentle caresses, passionate kisses, her languid breathing excited his lust like never before. Usually he would never even react to this, but strange skills backed by charisma killed his fortitude and caused only more desire.
He had previously had a hard time looking at the sexy, scantily clad Kitsune without lusting. Now her eyes were too enticing for him, and any glimpse of her body or face left too many impressions.
With each passing minute, he stopped seeing her skills as dangerous. And he almost no longer thought about them being offensive.
For more than half an hour, Veksian was on the edge, Saya tried to seduce him in different ways, she kissed him, stroked, teased to take off from her clothes, slowly showing more and more of her body, leaving only enough to make him think that was underneath her and want to undress her himself.
It was unbearable, but at one point most of his excitement subsided, making him wary. In the distance, he saw several dots flying in their direction.
Saya noticed them too and adjusted her clothes, blocking the most piquant views. She licked her lips slowly, trying not to show her irritation at being interrupted when she was almost finished.
The people were flying straight towards them, Veksian cast the spell "Target in Space" and for the first time in a long time was glad of the presence of the church. Eventually, Saya also managed to see the flying people and muttered discontentedly "Damn Saints."
She finally adjusted her clothes and tied her belt tighter, even hiding her breasts. Her kimono became longer and much looser, no longer emphasizing her luscious curves and completely covering every part of exposed skin except her arms and neck. Saya began to read a spell, flicking her tails in displeasure. After quickly saying a few sentences, Saya finished with the last words.
"Flame of the Soul."
Waves of yellow flames erupted from her hands, gently dousing the gold chains like liquid fire. The flames flared brightly on the chains, burning but causing no visible harm. After muttering a few more curses, Saya walked away from Veksian and began to wait for the church members.
A few minutes later, 11 people were hovering above them in the air on golden wings. Each of them was dressed in full heavy armor, white with golden symbols of the holy church. In their hands they held various weapons that gave off holy power, along with large shields.
After a brief inspection, the group landed on a golden platform, their leader stepped forward and spoke. He was almost indistinguishable from the other armored knights, only a few subtle differences in the symbolism of the holy church made it clear who he was.
Name: Alric Cartwright, 412 years old
Race: Magically Enhanced Human Attuned to Holy Kinship [Rare] Lvl 400
Class: Great Paladin of the Holy Church [Epic] Lvl 478
Class: Elite of the Holy Sword Art [Epic] Lvl 459
"What happened here? I'm waiting for a report on the curse, was it banished?"
Veksian and Saya locked eyes. Instead of answering right away, Veksian activated his communication amulet and contacted the commander-in-chief. Saya smiled amiably and spoke.
"I ask the esteemed paladins to wait a few minutes before responding. We are in a difficult situation and would appreciate your help in identifying the binding spell."
The Great Paladin did not react to the evasion of his question, but only silently offered to help. Waving his hand paladins who were knowledgeable in magic and he himself also came closer to one of the burning chains.
Saya allowed herself a fleeting, relieved smile as the paladins did not immediately demand answers, but calmly got to work.
Each of the paladins present had two [Special] level classes, and only the Great Paladin had [Epic] classes. Among them, seven people had [Weapon Elite] classes, and three had mage classes, two were [Holy Great Mages], and the third was [Earth Great Mage].
The Holy Mages silently walked towards the burning chains and cast several different identification spells, when that did nothing they continued to cast various magic.
Meanwhile, Veksian was talking to the Commander-in-Chief. He told everything about how the battle went, how he lost the cursed one and was eventually caught by an unknown soul magic. The Commander listened to him calmly and gave him some instructions.
Nodding silently, Veksian cut the connection and spoke to the Great Paladin standing next to him.
"The curse responsible for the destruction of the city was killed by me. But with him was a 12-year-old beast girl. She had the title [Cursed Existence] [Legendary]. Along with her was the owner of the [Epic] class Richard Darrell, he protected her from my sword. We had a battle, he used powerful artifacts and unknown magic. Using my strongest spell, I cut him in two with the Blade of Zagrint. When I thought that he was dead, I came closer to the cursed one, right at the place of his dispelling magic. My mind was clouded and as soon as I realized this, the bard resurrected and sealed me. It is unknown why, but he did not kill me, but simply disappeared along with the cursed one."
The Great Paladin turned to him, no longer looking at the structure. His reaction was not visible under his white helmet, but he was clearly not pleased by such words.
"Cursed with the Legendary title, were you able to see what her Curse was?"
"Yes, the curse is called [Cursed Empathy] [Legendary], from what I understand it absorbs the surrounding negative emotions and transforms them into cursed power, but that's only part of what I could find out."
The Great Paladin silently activated the ring and took the communication amulet from the portal. Having made contact, he reported what had happened and ended the connection.
"I thank you for your honorable service and tireless efforts to root out the wicked. But I fear I cannot help dispel your shackles, we must set out to find the heretic immediately. The sooner we bring him to the sword, the sooner the people can breathe a sigh of relief."
Veksian nodded silently and Saya began to speak again.
"Of course, Great Paladin, I can unseal the Mage of Elusive Space. You don't need to worry about us."
The Great Paladin nodded, and behind him, glowing golden wings appeared from holy mana and spiritual power, very similar to those of an angel. The other paladins also released golden wings. As they were about to fly away, the Great Paladin spoke one last time. "Respected Mage of the Elusive Space, please send the memory enogram to the capital cathedral. And may good fortune be with you!"
The Great Paladin flapped his wings and quickly rose into the air, the other paladins flying after him.
Watching them go further away, Saya smiled sweetly and cast a spell. Stretching out her hands, an illusory green-blue flame appeared in them. It exploded in her hands, expanding into a thin wave in all directions.
The flames did not emit heat, did not touch her or Veksian, did not touch the chains and the yellow flames on them. It traveled several hundred meters in all directions and expanded further and further. Until it showed a special effect a kilometer away from them. After the flames passed through that place in the air, it formed a bright illusionary ball of flames.
Saya clicked her tongue and swung one of her tails, sending out a wave of white flame. The flames quickly flew into the ball and burned it without a trace, when nothing was left Saya spoke with displeasure.
"Damn Saints, imagine them leaving a spy spell. And then they get upset about their reputation and don't understand what they did to deserve this treatment." Calming down, she continued. "I can't believe you were able to trick the Grand Paladin without mentioning that she was a Reincarnator. How did you do that?"
Veksian rolled his eyes and simply replied.
"A company secret. But I feel sorry for Boris, he will have to spend a long time creating a fake memory engram for the church. How much effort he will spend on this. And now, please, redouble your efforts to break the chains. Otherwise, I will remember what you tried to do to me. Believe me, you do not want to spend the next few years healing wounds."
"Oh, okay. You can't be so hard on me and say you didn't like it. You can always come visit me, you know." Her smile widened, and she tilted her head and raised her eyebrows, adding, "Literally anytime. Hee hee."
Veksian didn't react to her words, Saya sighed with displeasure and began to read the next spell.
Over the next hour, she used over 10 different spells. She went so far as to use not only soul magic, but also magic from different cultures, and even ancient magic. Each time, she modified the spells, taking into account the different variables and influences, for a better effect. After the tenth spell, Veksian sighed in relief. He was still bound by chains, but now that the magic had weakened and he could understand most of it, he activated the Teleportation spell, appearing in front of Saya.
He stretched his arms in relief, the golden chains that bound him remained in the same position in the air. But they gradually began to dissipate, just like the platform they stood on. With a wave of his hand, the helmet lying on the platform teleported into his pocket dimension. Lowering his hands to the [Zagrynt Twin Swords], Veksian took each of them and then let them go.
Meanwhile, Saya looked at him awkwardly, without taking any action. If before she was a cat and he was a mouse, now everything was exactly the other way around.
Veksian turned his head and looked at her. Just this movement made Sae feel uneasy. Even though she had a stronger physical and spiritual body. Even though her magic was well-developed and she only had about 2 centuries left to reach the level of an Archmage. She still froze in slight indecision.
Walking slowly towards her, Veksian placed his hand on her shoulder and spoke. "As much as I wanted to smash you into the ground, you really did help me. I forgive you, but next time, you'll lose all your fur for at least a month."
Saya smiled and was about to reply when Veksian teleported away. Looking around and seeing no one, she muttered a few words.
"Ungrateful bastard, but I still have a feeling that he cares about me." Smiling sweetly, Saya's tails moved in pleasure. She sighed, calming down and cast a spell, flying away on a wave of blue flame.
