Chapter 28: Making Friends with Mike

Chapter 28: Making Friends with Ma Ke

The car continued on its way forward and after about ten or fifteen minutes Franklin stopped at the side of the road.

  "Is it here?" Mike asked.

Franklin nodded and replied, "Yes, it's there."

"Whoa! Let's go in directly!" Mack said with a cold smile, "We'll enter through his mom's window and at high speed. Otherwise, I'll shoot two bullets into your head, then do it myself."

"Are you kidding me?!" Franklin felt like he had just met a madman, and compared to him, he was as gentle as a lamb.

"Do I look like I'm f***ing joking?" Mac shouted at Franklin.

"Oh my god...my life is over, bro!" Franklin said, immediately flooring it and spinning the wheel with both hands. The car's nose was now pointed directly at the large glass wall of the dealership across the street.

  Bang!

  Ping... Pong... Wow!

The glass shattered into powder in an instant, and shards of glass splashed everywhere.

"Oh! Damn it!" Franklin cursed as he pushed open the car door and got out.

"What the Franklin! What are you doing?" Simon shouted loudly at him, having just been startled by Franklin who had just gotten off the car.

"Mr. Xi... things aren't what you think they are." Franklin was about to explain, but at this time Mike also got out of the car.

"If things are settled, I usually won't owe the other party." Mac pulled out a stack of money and handed it directly to Franklin, "Kid, you can go now."

Ximen took a look and immediately shouted loudly: "Damn it! Son of a bitch!"

Shouting and scolding, Xi Men was about to rush up, but was stopped by Mai Ke.

Afterwards, Franklin looked at things as if they had nothing to do with him. He glanced at the stack of money in his hand and stared deeply at Mac's back before walking out towards the car dealership.

Outside the car, Lin Xiao was curiously looking inside when he saw a black man walking out from the broken floor-to-ceiling window and couldn't help but stare at him for a few seconds.

"Hey! Buddy, you'd better not watch the excitement here, or you'll get into trouble!" Franklin couldn't help but remind him when he saw this seemingly curious young Oriental man.

"Oh! Thanks for the reminder, brother, but I'm not afraid of these troubles finding me!" Lin Xiao smiled at his opponent and continued to look inside, where he saw that the two people inside seemed to have already started fighting.

Franklin couldn't help but laugh and shake his head at the other's fearless appearance.

"Suit yourself! I'm leaving, you can keep watching, but I think it's better if you keep a distance." With that, Franklin walked away and soon disappeared around the corner of the street.

It wasn't until the other person had left that Lin Xiao suddenly remembered he had forgotten to ask for their name, but when he looked around, there was no one in sight, so he didn't think much of it.

In the car, Mike was severely punishing Simon. Although Mike's age had increased, his fists were still very hard. As a result, Simon had almost no ability to fight back in Mike's hands and was quickly knocked to the ground, crying out in pain.

"Listen up!" Mike grabbed Simon's collar and roared, "From now on, you're not allowed to send anyone to my home or harass my family members. If you do, I'll definitely come back for you!"

As soon as he finished speaking, Maike directly slammed Ximen heavily to the ground and turned away.

When Maike went out, he happened to see Lin Xiao looking inside, and couldn't help but curiously size up the young man with yellow skin in front of him.

"Hey! Young man, this car dealership is closed today."

Mai thought Lin Xiao was a customer who had come to inquire about the car, so he pointed to the broken floor-to-ceiling glass behind him and said with a frightened expression.

"I'm not here to buy a car," Lin Xiao said, "I was originally drinking hot coffee in the cafe across the street, enjoying the beautiful afternoon, but I just happened to see what was happening here, so I came over to take a look at the excitement."

"Enjoying the show?" Mackey chuckled, "Young man, which country are you from?"

"Oh! Look at me, I was so busy talking that I forgot to introduce myself again." Lin Xiao, imitating the way people speak in Western countries, smiled and stretched out his hand, saying: "Hello, my name is Xiao Lin, from China."

"You can call me Mike." Mike stretched out his hand and shook hands with Lin Xiao.

"Hello Mr. Mike." Lin Xiao smiled and shouted, "If you're free, Mr. Mike, I can invite you to have a cup of coffee, and then we can have a good chat."

McDonald glanced back at the mess behind him and nodded slightly.

However, in the end, Maike still didn't go for coffee with Lin Xiao. The reason was that Maike didn't like drinking coffee. They chose a bar with a nice environment, which was also introduced by Maike, as Lin Xiao wasn't familiar with Santos.

"Mr. Mai, may I ask, are you a local resident?" The bar wasn't very noisy, and they had chosen a location closer to the corner, so Lin Xiao's voice wasn't very loud either.

Maike heard Lin Xiao's words and shook his head.

"I've been here for a few years now, but if you want me to introduce some places worth visiting, I can still help you out," Mike said.

He downed a large mouthful of whiskey and let out a comfortable sigh.

Lin Xiao looked at the wine glass in front of her, thought for a moment and then picked it up and took a small sip.

"The taste is still pretty good." Lin Xiao's eyebrows relaxed and she took another small sip.

This is absolutely his first time drinking, before that he hadn't even touched beer, let alone whiskey. But now it feels like the taste isn't bad, at least not as terrible as imagined.

"Santos is a wonderful place." Lin Xiao put down his wine glass and said, "To be honest with you, I've been in Santos for some time now. A few days ago, I encountered some minor trouble, and these past two days have been worrying about how to make some money back."

Lin Xiao's words made Mike's hand, which was holding the wine glass, stiffen slightly, but he quickly recovered and looked as if nothing had happened.

But all this did not escape Lin Xiao's eyes, who had been paying attention to him all along.

"It's really that Mai Ke!" Lin Xiao thought affirmatively in her heart.

He had seen the car crash into the auto body shop at the coffee house before and thought the scene looked familiar, as if he had seen it somewhere else, so he curiously walked over to take a look.

Then he saw the robust black man again, but at that time he hadn't thought of it yet and had forgotten to ask his name. It wasn't until Mike came out and told Lin Xiao his name that he finally realized.

McDonald's, off-road vehicle crashed into a glass door, and the muscular black man who left before, isn't this just the world of GTA 5?

To verify his own guess, Lin Xiao deliberately chatted with Michael. After the previous attempt and Michael's small movements, he was almost 100% sure that this Michael in front of him was one of the three protagonists in GTA5, an experienced and once notorious thief!
