  Chapter 6: I Just Can’t Help Myself!

  (Celia’s POV)

Waiting for James to evolve was easy… for most people. With my work ethics, this process was amazingly torturous. Regardless, James had woken up from evolving into a Goddess.

Giving her more crystals to eat, she was then able to evolve once more. Since that evolving into this race takes a decent while… I was going to go out now. James asked me to promise to not leave the castle without her, but I need more levels up!

Faith: “Do you get off on gaining power? Or rather, due to the System being… very gamey, is it pleasurable for you to level up?” She asked with a curious tone.

Celia: “Pleasurable? Hm… I guess that it is, yes. For me, whenever I wasn’t working, I was playing games. I am the type of person to get to max level, as early as possible, all so that I can just steamroll the rest of the game.” I reply with a thinking pose.

Faith: “Ah, that makes sense. I won’t disparage you from gaining power. To me, a Higher Being, getting stronger is a very noble goal.” She said with a warm tone.

Stolen from its rightful place, this narrative is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.

Happily chatting with Faith, I set off from my castle. Frankly, this was the first time that I had explored this place without James by my side, and… I got fucking lost!

Thankfully, Faith has a secret map ability due to the privileges that Maralia gave her, so she was able to guide me out of there. You see, my castle is actually set up like a dungeon, with traps and everything…

Celia: “Okay, Faith. Any high level, large EXP per kill, monsters around? I kinda want to level grind in just minutes, like when I killed those… spiders.” I ask while flying above the castle.

Faith: “Really? The game wanted to power you up early, Celia. Now that you and your guild are still the strongest, there is no need to do such things. Even if it the game is extremely partial to you, doing it again would just be going too far.” She scolded.

Celia: “Darn…” I say with a sad tone.

Faith: “I also cannot cheat for you on this, as it might get me in trouble. And on top of that, gaining levels isn’t even needed right now.” She continued.

  Celia: “(>3<)”

No, I don’t get off to Faith scolding, and or lecturing me. I just like it when she gets all dominant. Her immediately cutting off my offer to James… I won’t lie, it made me aroused. Damn woman… trying to seduce an already multi times over married girl!

Without Faith to cheat for me, I had to rely on just exploring around to find powerful enemies to kill. Ah, right. If you’re curious about why I had no memories of the layout of that castle, it’s because it was built around me.

That NPC controlling my body had never left the living area of it, which was why I ended up lost as can be. Now then, I guess that I actually have to do some real work for this part of the game. What a bother…
