Chapter 27: It was a Trick!

  (Celia’s POV)

Faith: “Why are you feigning remorse? None of those people were real…” She said with a scolding tone.

Celia: “Hey, allow me to have some fun.” I pouted back at her.

  Faith: “…”

In truth, the villagers, though real people, were just dolls. They had no souls, and were being controlled by a Will. Hana… also had strings on her. While she was distracted by the gore, I cut those strings.

Celia: “A Will was messing with the game.”

Maralia: “We all noticed… We’ll investigate this, don’t worry.”

  Celia: “Good, thank you.”

Walking up to the woman, I started to rub her head. While doing so, I gifted her the needed knowledge. Though painful, Hana needed to know that she was, in fact, being mad into a monster, all on the whims of some asshole Will.

Hana: “I was… being controlled?” She said with an unsure tone.

Celia: “No, no. Those strings were put in place just for after you became useful.” I clarified.

Stolen from Royal Road, this story should be reported if encountered on Amazon.

  Hana: “…”

Falling to the ground, the woman laughed like crazy for a bit. Once the laughing stopped, Hana then started to cry her pretty red eyes out, making them even redder in the process.

As my domain and heart dictates, I comforted Hana in her time of need. The real question is… how long will I need to do this for?…

  Many Hours Later.

Hana: “Forgive me for…” I cut her words off.

Celia: “Do not apologize. I understand that you went through hell, but now is the time for peace and happiness. With your new power, and with Ino being similarly powerful, nothing can ever hurt you like this again.” I say, coaxing the woman while still rubbing her head.

Hana: “That’s true…” She nodded with a happy smile.

For efficiency, and while Hana was crying, I fed her some of those Level Up Crystals. Call me cruel, but immense power is very good for healing your mental health.

Faith: “More bribes… No, I won’t complain about this time. Hana really did need to become powerful for her to be able to heal her damaged heart.” She said with a long groan.

Celia: “Why do you act like I am doing something bad, but only when I save a woman?” I asked with a curious tone.

Faith: “It’s bad, Celia. Your love and attention… should only be given to your friends and family. You’re truly the one real Goddess to women.” She replied with a scolding, yet praising tone.

Celia: “Are you scolding or praising me? Pick one please, as I am confused.” I plead with a confused sigh.

Faith: “Probably both? Anyway, get that woman to her new wife, so that we can finally get your ass powered up! The ticking time bomb, that is James, is still an issue. You must hurry!” She ordered with an oddly serious tone.

  Celia: “( ’-’ ~)”

Faith: “Don’t give a reaction like that…” She replied with a scoff.

  Celia: “How about this one? (/ />/ A /
Faith: “Mm… much better! It’s like I just seduced you by saying something very lewd.” She happily replied.

  Celia: “(~OAO)”

  Faith: “(^^) b”
