Ch. 35 – Angering the vampire clan!

My thoughts immediately went to the previous vampire I killed.

No doubt these vampires in front of me are ected to them.

God dammit, I shoul’ve expected this attack to happen. I was just not expeg it to happen so soon.

If I have known about it, I could’ve been more prepared about this.

“Kill him! Avehe young master!” After rec from the rge cye I blew at them, one vampire yelled as he pointed his pointed fi me.

I see that some of them are bleeding from their heads however thanks to their vampiric trait, their wounds regee at a rate visible to the naked eye.

At the same time, I saw some humans peeking out of their windows before hurrying baside and closing their curtains out of fear.

I should take them out of here.

Well, sihey’re out for my blood, then they would obviously make sure I wouldn’t escape.

Much to their surprise eyes, I activated the ultimate teique ied by humans.

  Running away.

“He’s trying to escape! Chase him!” If outside perspective were to this se, they would see a bunch of pale humans with long nails and sharp fangs chasing after a human wearing an e robe.

“e on! Catch me if you !” Unbeknownst to me, a grin be seen f on my face as my legs brought me as far as it go.

Outside the vilge, when I noticed that I’m finally far away from the i humans in the vilge, I stopped.

Looking around, I noticed that I’m actually he ented forest.

Hopefully, the uping fight won’t disturb the Norse Elves too much.

“You have o run now, human!” As soon as the hundreds of vampires arrived, they all grihinking they finally had me ered.

What they didn’t know, is that they’re the ones ered by me instead.

“Is it really?” I grinned and dashed towards the vampire.

Surprised by my sudden movement, the vampire widened his eyes, as he tried to raise his arms to defend against my attack.

Unfortunately for him, two Tao mandas was formed in my two hands, although this spell was most known for defes edges are sharp enough to cut through steel.

With its venieo both defend offehis spell is one of the most versatile spells a sorcerer use.

  Ssh!

The vampire’s eyes widened in surprise as a small line of scarlet red slowly formed on his neck.

“K-Kackk!” Normally, the vampire would just wait for it to heal, however much to his surprise, blood tinued splurting from his neck.

“Surprised?” Smirking at the vampire, the Tao mandas on my hands flickering in bright light.

Of course he would be surprised, I wasn’t just learning the spells of this world, but I’m also upgrading my sorcerer spells.

With the power of creating magic spells through nothing but imagination, no doubt I would obviously spam the hell out of it.

The Tao Mandas that I used are more like an updated version of the inal one.

This updated one tains a few properties and anti-regeion is among them.

It started when I heard about one of the famous, wealthiest and powerful pilrs in the Underworld and their trait.

The Phenex d their bullshit ability of nigh-immortality.

So, using their ability as a reference, I mao apply the anti-regeion effect to the Tao Mandas spell.

As a matter of fact, if I have more time, perhaps I could apply the same effey entire arsenal of magic spells.

Imagihe shocked faces of those who thought that they’re unkilble just because of their regeive capabilities after being hit by a simple Demonic Bullet with anti-regeion effect applied.

Damn, I ’t wait to use this on those Phenex bunch. I heard they’re a band ant fools, especially itlefield sihey’re too fident and reliant on their healing capabilities.

But before that, I should solve these vampires first.

“W-What’s going on?” One of the vampires from behind, noticed the otion happening and couldn’t but pinpoint the severe injury on the vampire’s hat wasn’t healing like usual.

Thanks to him, the rest also noticed this and realized what it meant.

Suddenly, a bunch of scared eyes stared at me, their previous bravado suddenly being repced with fear.

“e. I’ll take you all on!” Sihey no longer want to approach me first, then don’t bme me for doing it instead.

Kig the bleeding vampire away from me, I jured a whip that ed itself around his ankles before pulling very hard.

  Bam!

Falling heavily on the ground, the bleeding vampire tried his best to close his bleeding neck using his bare hands. However, I wasn’t giving him the space to do it.

A simple kick to his face is enough to knock him out a himself bleed to death.

In the meantime, I shifted my focus toward the other vampires.

“He’s alone! Don’t be afraid of him!” An old vampire, older than the rest of them, yelled with a frightened expression.

Hoping to use their numerical advantage against me.

Too bad for them, I have a fair share of experietling against groups.

Like a majestic warlord, I jumped into their fray and danced around the battlefield, my bright e Tao Mandas serving as both my defense and offence against the vampires.

  Ssh!

  Ssh!

  Boom!

Without even being able to touch the hem of my e robe, their numbers starts to dwiheir previous horde of vampires decreased from a hundred down to almost twenty.

“T-there’s no way he’s this strong. What is he?” Thanks to learning how to shroud my devil smell and demoniergy, the vampires were fused as to what they were fighting.

Perhaps, they thought I was simply a human, a raown to be the weakest.

“Your worst nightmare.” I answered after appearing right in front of him, my eyes staring back at his stunned expression.

  Ssh!

Oiful slice ter, his head fell from his shoulders and soon I disappeared and reappeared around the battlefield.

I’m not using any teleportation skills, the logic behind my sudden disappearand reappearance be tributed to my immense speed, almost reag the speed of sound.

If being only a High-css devil is enough for me to dismahe entire Avengers, I wonder how strong the devil Satans are and most especially, God himself.

I ’t wait to reach their level soon.

Perhaps once I’m as strong as God from the Bible, I won’t have anything to worry ba the Marvel Universe.

“Retreat! Inform the elder about this!” Unfortunately, it was already too te for them to realize that they were no mate as their numbers could already be ted with only a single hand.

As for letting them retreat? If they were humans such as those Exorcists, then perhaps I might be able to spare them but sihey’re a bunch of vampires, a race that is fully ied into the Supernatural side of the world, it would be crazy of me to let them go.

Not to mention, I am humanity’s protector, whose sole duty is to protect the humans from the supernatural beings such as these vampires.

I won’t let these vampires escape from here.

“Run!” As if sensing my io eradicate them all right here and right now, their already pale faces turned even paler as they started running away from me, ign their dead felloire corpses on the ground.

Some of them even actally stepping on their bodies.

When it es to life ah situation, a person’s true colors will show up. And this se is enough to show what it looks like.

I feel like a death reaper, as I wield by two trusty mystical spells, the Tao Mandas and Whip, killing all of them one by one.

By the time only one of them are left, I waved my whip and it entangled around the st standing vampire’s body.

“Please spare me!” Sensing that his doom is near, the vampire dropped on the ground and his face turo face me, his expression full of fear and fright.

“Spare?” Smirking, I approached the fallen vampire and crouched in front of him, staring him directly in his eyes.

“Mercy for creatures like you is like shooting myself on the foot.” Without waiting for his response, I forcefully extracted his memories from his brain, as much as he tried to resist me, his physical exhaustion along with his mental, was easy for me to break down pletely.

“Gaarrghh!” Yelling in pain, the vampire felt like his brain was beied by molten va, as more and more memories are beiracted, the painful it is to him.

Finally, after what seems like an hour, the vampire id on the ground with a drool on his face, his eyes staring at nowhere as he was unmoving.

Seeing such se, one word was immediately brought into my mind.

  Braindead.

I killed the Vampire through his brain.

Now, he’s like ay husk, waiting to be killed by me.

  Which I did so gratefully.

  Ssh!

A single slice from my Tao Mandas, was enough to decapitate his head. Putting the vampire out of his misery.

Standing up, I looked around and finally noticed just how many vampires I killed.

It would not be wrong for me to call myself a true Vampire Syer, putting eveo shame.

I’m not sure how many vampires that man killed but surely, mine is much more, right?

Either way, I o to shit up.

Sending all the corpses to the sun should be enough.

Just as I was about to pile all the bodies ahem all at once, my senses suddenly told me that I was being watched.

Staring up at the night sky, my brows furrowed after seeing nothing but the moon.

  ***

“What?! They’re dead?!” In a secluded area, a tall castle stood, with a gloomy atmosphere.

“Y-Yes, Elder. I saw it with my very own eyes. Our death squad was annihited by that man.” Kneeling once again in front of the same elder, the maed profusely, feeling unlucky to be the bearer of bad news.

“….Fihen. Tell me the location. I’ll do it myself. Bunch of useless fools.” Growling in ahe elder ched his fist as he bare his fangs towards the poor messenger.

“U-Uood, Elder.” Bowing his head, the messenger proceeded to spill the location.

“Good good. Looks like I’ll be having a good dioday.”

“Killing my son and even my owh squad? This human is looking for death.” The elder vampire growled, the tless wrinkles and scars on his body tells the tales of his long years of living.
