Looking at Shuming "Hey let's head to Na's. It's time for dinner." I say.

  He just smiled, and we walked over to Na's.

  Walking down her pathway, we can see that they are setting for dinner.

  "Your Highness." As Cao bows

  Na was bowing to me. I wonder why I have told her that when we are at home; it is informal.

  "You can rise. Why the formality?" being confused, I ask,

  "Turn around, your parents are here," as we all bow.

  "Cao, can you please get more settings?" She tells her.

  "I thought we would join you for dinner." My dad states.

  She just nods as the ptes were being set at the table.

  "This is not formal, so start eating. This is a family dinner. We just came to see how the couple is doing." My dad stated.

  "We are doing good." I reply.

  "You have settled in nicely. Not over the top and not too little. It is very rexing here." My dad says.

  Thinking about it, quite rexing, come to think about it. Looking over at my mom. We sat there in silence while we ate. Dinner finished quietly and my parents sitting there smiling.

  "We will take our leave." My father says as he grabs my mom by the arm. She had the biggest smile on her face.

  "Do you want to py go?" I ask her.

  Not know what to say or do because of my parents showing up.

  Cao brings the board over while the other maids clean off the table. This is an enjoyable time for us getting to know each other more in depth.

  "I am not that good at it, but I will try." She says shyly.

  She looks like she has something on her mind as she adjusts herself.

  "Did you know Fen before selection?" she asks.

  "We had grown up together." I say.

  "Was she always like this?" she asks.

  "Yes, anytime another woman came around, she would get petty." I responded.

  I can tell she is thinking something but knowing she will not tell even if I ask. Sitting outside enjoying the evening air, there is a romantic feeling about it.

  "You look tired." She says with concern in her eyes.

  "Yes, a little tired." I say with a slight yawn.

  She guides me over to our bed, and she rubbed my shoulders. I can feel the stress just lift off me.

  "Care to talk about it?" she says being concerned.

  "It is court. Home is not the pce to talk about it." I say, yawning again.

  She just nodded, and I could not help it. I pulled her onto my p to kiss her; I am gratified that she wants to share in my burdens. As I was kissing her, I cannot help myself around her the way she is just gets me going.

  "Are we going to stay here or go to the study?" She asks coyly.

  "We are staying right where we are." I stated.

  She seemed ok with it by the way she was removing my clothes. She has this look of hunger in her eyes. This is the first time I have noticed her completely. Her hands are going down my abdominal muscles and working her way around my body. My heart races every time she touches me. I cannot take it anymore. I must kiss those lips. They are so perfect.

  My mind could not wait any longer. I removed her clothes as well. Caressing her skin as lightly as a feather. Feeling her shutter, she keeps pulling me closer to her. Moving her slowly to her back. Feeling her tremble, I get excited. I cannot contain myself right now.

  Sliding on top of her, I kiss her passionately as my dragon slides in her. Feeling she is ready for me. Moving my body with hers, we are becoming one. Just as we were finishing, we hear a commotion at the gates.

  "Can we just ignore the commotion?" as she grabs my head.

  Unfortunately, it is unavoidable, we can hear it getting louder. I see Na getting dressed as fast as she could. I can tell she is not a happy camper about the disturbance. After Na leaves, I throw on a robe but being careful not being seen but where I can hear just in case I am needed, overhearing the conversation.

  "Is there something I can do for you?" She says as she walked closer.

  "I do not think so. I am here to see the crown prince." Fen replied with a brat tone.

  "The crown prince is busy now. When it is your turn, he will see you. Please remove yourself or I will have you removed." She says in an assertive tone.

  "This is not over far from it." As fen stomps away.

  I rush back, taking off my robe and covering up and closing my eyes as she walks back in. She started touching my face and kissing me. I rolled over, and she kisses my neck. I know she is trying to get a reaction.

  Feeling her lips on my neck, her hands on my chest. Trying to hold back a little longer to see what she will do. Feeling her touch on my chest and midline. Working her way around my body. I cannot take it anymore. I grab her and flip her on her back again.

  "I think we are somewhere like this," she says as she pulls me on top of her.

  As we continued through the night into early morning. Just as we finished for the time being, Cao and the other servants brought in breakfast. As we sit for breakfast, I was debating about showing up for court or not. I just want to stay in bed with her all day.

  Finishing eating, I look over at her and smile she smiles back as I head out the door. Being grateful that we can speak without saying a word to each other. As I headed to court, all I can think about was Na and what was going on that I turned too soon and hit the wall. My father was standing. There, all I hear is his ughter.

  "Your running te this morning." My dad ughing.

  "I am sorry, your majesty." I stutter.

  "It is ok. I canceled court today because I was with your mom all night." My dad smiles.

  "I am a little tired myself." As I yawned.

  "Up all night? I should have guessed because of you hitting the wall." My dad is still ughing.

  "Yes, it was a great long night." I say.

  "How are you two getting along?" my dad asks.

  "We are doing great. Why do you ask?" Looking confused.

  "I got word that you guys are constantly fighting." My dad being concerned.

  "No, we are not. Matter of fact, she is usually quiet about things, and she worries about me." I say.

  "I am gd to hear that you guys are doing good." He says.

  "Matter of fact, dad, I decre, I think we are fated together." I say.

  "Well, I got to go see your mom," He says with a big smile.

  "bye." I say.

  Well, my day is empty today. Well, at least right now, I know I must go work on the tax case not knowing where to start. I went to see my older brothers. They are always together. I am not sure why none of them are the crown, prince, but we do not argue with my dad.

  I headed over to the oldest brother. He is tall like me, with darker hair and a build on him and a dragon tattoo on his back. His eyes hypnotize the surrounding women. He has a sweet side that everyone sees, but I wonder if he has the darker side like I do.

  Arriving at his pace, which is very peaceful, his wife and concubines must be up to something if it is quiet here.

  "Li-Jun, are you around?" I yell.

  He comes walking out with a smirk on his face.

  "What can I do for you little brother?" he says

  "Oh nothing, I just wanted to know when you are going back to the lotus room." I ask.

  "I might go ter this week. Did you get addicted to the consorts?" He says with a grin.

  Knowing my brother had nothing to do with the taxes situation, I can talk to him about it.

  "I need to go back to find out more information on the taxes and I need to keep up with Na. The consorts are teaching me tricks." I say.

  "AH!! I see she is a little out of your league." He ughs.

  "So, what is the deal with you and your harem?" I ask.

  "Well, jealousy is a fickle character." He says.

  "So why did you turn down the crown prince position?" I ask.

  "I enjoy my freedom and you know the empress seat is very tempting for these women." He reminds me.

  "I better take my leave. I will see you ter," I say.

  "Ok, I will let you know when I go back to the lotus house," he says.

  I started walking out of his courtyard, and I run right into my dad again.

  "Your majesty," as I bow.

  "You may rise. What brings you over here?" he asks.

  "Well, I wanted to know when he was heading to the lotus house again." I say.

  "I see that is a good pce to find out information." He reminds me.

  "Where are you headed?" I ask.

  "I am heading back to Na's pace," he says.

  "Do you mind if I join you?" I ask.

  "Not at all," he says.

  Suddenly, we see the imperial physician rushing to Na's courtyard.
