An ordinary guy that somehow gets the name Stu, two talking cats that have a mysterious background, a handful of messed up Gods, and some others that travel with them. The story follows a tournament on earth, some bleed blue, others bleed crimson, and still others bleed gold. What happens to a regular human guy in the midst of such cosmic power? The power to kill relentlessly and the will to control it are two very different things. The main character must learn the difference or be consumed by forces that are beyond humanities comprehension. There are very few clues to the “why” of the tournament or the powers it wields. Plus, who do you trust when everyone has their own agenda? What can a human actually do in a tournament of gods? What happens if you find out you aren’t human, and what if those questions all had multiple answers..? Yesterday you were human: Today you are a Blue Blood. The answers may be both simple and the most complicated. Yesterday was Another Life; Tomorrow is a Different Time; Today is Outside of Those. The place: United States. The year: 2024. On an east coast city the time is 3:45PM, and little does Stu know that his entire life is about to change. His world has been a typical post high school world. He works a boring office job, he has a small apartment, has no social life, and he is about to embark on the journey he always dreamed of. Just not how he dreamed it would happen. Today at 4PM when he goes to clock out; his world will turn upside down. When a girl claiming to be a god walks into his office out of nowhere, she will make everything he assumed to be true turn upside down. One ordinary office worker, a real nobody, is about to discover weird things. Meeting Gods and talking animals, fighting, and trying to figure out an entirely new existence. Unintentionally entering a tournament on earth, he will be given a chance to represent humanity. The thing is.. What do you do when someone volunteered you for something; 11,000 years before your most distant, ancestor you’re even aware of was born? Better yet, what do you do when you have to fight gods, and gods aren’t even what we thought they were? The tournament rules might be the key to winning, but they are obscured by the judges.
