In a peaceful realm, Amon''''s life is shattered, his village and family, mercilessly wiped out by an unknown enemy. Devastated, yet not broken, he follows a guiding force that leads him to an ethereal entity, waiting with answers and power. In desperation, Amon makes a pact, revelations granted, and the means to garner strength, claimed. But the answers do not bring him solace, nor the garnered power enough to stop what is coming. Transformed into a guardian of Souls, he is to protect and shelter those under his lord’s care, from a raging sea of change, as his once tranquil realm, is plunged into the madness of war. A fertile plane, full of untapped and untarnished resources, armies come, invaders with godly weaponry. They will kill, take, enslave, and the realm protectors, mighty Dragons, will not stop their conquest. Amon is forced upon a path of endless strife, in contest with entities and armies opposed to his mission. But he has his lord’s secrets, and an eternity to grow. Death means nothing, and the binding chains of mortals and gods, temporary stops. He has his purpose, one bound to his very soul, and he will see it achieved, no matter the wars, and the marching of centuries, he will provide stillness in a creation of change.
