The last Bastion of humanity holds against monsters that invade the land, while superheroes fly across the sky. Okuda, also known as quickstep, and his friend and fellow hero Monk, discover secrets about the powers that they hold and ways to increase their power. Meanwhile a figure dubbed Yellow Coat seems to lurk at the fringes of battles and pick off the heroes who fight the hardest and the Union of heroes systems seem to get more counter intuitive as one rises in power and popularity.
