  Maing green-colored mana scythes out from his forearms, Jack rushed forward and started swinging his arms wildly.

  "HAHAHAHAHAHA... DIE! DIE! DIE!!!" He excimed not paying attention to his panion.

  Unleashing a devastating flurry of flying sshes, his attacks tore through Dante's fleshly body like it was nothing and collided with the stone wall behind him.

  "DIE!!" He shrieked swinging his arms even faster.

  Ssh! Ssh! Ssh!

  Faced with the oning sshes, not a ripple of emotion could be seen on Dante's fabsp;

  "Morris's Sorcery Sce... has improved my body's regeive abilities even further. Nothing except Anti-magic ever has a ce of hurting me."

  "Really?" Jack was a little displeased for being looked down and grinned. "Well, I am just getting started."

  "Shame. But I have no i in you. I want to fight yic Emperor!!"

  Having had enough of this, Dante raised his hand up high.

  "!!!"

  Reizing what he was about to do, Nacht's heart skipped a beat as he yelled out.

  "JACK STOP PLAYING ARO-"

  Unfortunately for Nacht, before he could finish saying what he wanted, Dante's sentence had cut him off.

  "Gravity Magic: Presence of the Demon King!"

  Going directly into his 80% devil form, the entire area trembled as a crushing force suddenly desded upon it.

  BOOM!!

  "W-What the hell is this!"

  Having never faced su overwhelming power like Gravity Magic before, Jack's eyes were forced to widen as both he and Nacht were brought down to their knees.

  "Nggh... dammit!!" He cursed as the ground around him crumbled.

  Eveone-faacht looked like he was having trouble resisting its effects.

  "Haah? Is that it?"

  Not knowing if his expectations had beeoo high, he couldn't help but feel a creeping sense of boredom.

  These two, hailing from the same Kingdom as that anti-magic prodigy and the dark magic user who had captivated him with their ferocious talents, were painfully underwhelming.

  Their performance wasn't just disappointing—it was dht ughable.

  Had he knowing them would be this insultingly easy, he wouldn't have wasted his time. Instead, he'd have sought out Alex—the one Morris and Zenon couldn't stop raving about and the one who defeated him before he could even make a move st time.

  At least then, he might have found a challenge worthy of his time, instead of this pitiful excuse for eai.

  "As, the ritual takes priority."

  After having his body messed with by Morris's magic, his regeion ability had reached a level that nothing short of anti-magic was able to injure him. But from their words, Demon Sying magic was weird enough that it just might be able to surprise him.

  Feeling weighed down by the increased gravity, the gears in Nacht's head kept turning.

  'It is as I thought, if we are going to win this, I will have to gamble on Jack's ability to cut that which ot be cut.'

  Being pressed down to the ground, Nacht could only summon his devil Slotos who assimited into Nacht's body.

  'Devil Union: Eqqus - Characteristic: Toughness!!!'

  As he transformed. Nacht was covered in armor made of shadow, which gave him the appearance of a castle tower. An enclosed helm covered Nacht's head with horns poking out of the temples. A pair of armored boots covered his feet aended up past his knees.

  Also, a pair e shields hovered over and moved with his arms.

  Nacht's chest was ed in a sheet of shadow with a block-like pattern.

  The characteristic 'Toughness' greatly enhahe user's physical resilience, enabling them to withstand and move in immense gravity.

  "What's this?" Nacht's eyes turned into a crest moon as he teased Jack. "You were showing so much spirit. What happened? Is that all you do, huh?"

  Jack was instantly pissed and grumbled. "Why... you little..."

  "Don't..." Dante who seemed left out appeared beside Nacht and punched out hard. "Ignore me..."

  "Do you mind?" Nacht pushed back his hand and smmed his foot into his chest, pushing back Dawo steps. "I am talking with the captaihere."

  But Nacht khat he could trade blows with Da he was not strong enough to nd a critical hit on the devil host, waiting for Jack to grip his shit together and do his job.

  And Jack did not disappoint him at all as his Ssh Magic got familiar with Gravity and evolved itself to ssh the gravity itself.

  Jack regaining his fidence, charged at Dante and attacked him, leaving a deep wound on the devil's host.

  FWOOM!!

  Suddenly, strange and sickly mana began flowing out from the castle basement.

  'This...'

  C the inside of the castle's walls, strange runic symbols simir to the runes seen in Megicu's Curse-Warding spells began appearing everywhere.

  Following the rising levels of ive mana, enormous bck tree-like roots broke out from beh the castle and began to spread to the outside. Climbing the castle walls and pointing towards the sky as if trying to grasp hold of some untold object, the roots caught the attention of the Spade kingdom citizens and the rest of the outside forces.

  "Enormous Roots... Qliphoth!" Nacht muttered in disbelief.

  "PLUMEDE!!" He yelled calling out the cat mask-wearing devil. He didn't hesitate and quickly united with his third devil.

  'Devil Union: Felis'

  With shadows verging owo, by the time they emerged Nacht's appearance had once again uaken a drastic ge. Unlike his previous transformations, his current appearance was very remi of a ninja.

  Wearing a bck hoodie-like jacket with small cat ear protrusions on the hood, a scarf ed itself around his mouth and fell down his back while his hands took on a cw-like appearance.

  'Shadow Magic: Heaven's Shadow Sed Sight'

  Refusing to waste any time, he trated his devil's power into his eyes and used a spell that allowed him to peer through shadows aher locations.

  Tearing through every floor in the castle, nothing could his sight as he ignored all the battles taking pd focused all his attention on finding the source of the Qilphoth maion.

  'This should not be happening. Something must have accelerated the Qilphoth's growth!'

  Passing through several more floors, he finally saw the horrific truth.

  At the Clover Kingdom's Castle

  Alex was staring in the distah his eyes closed and he opehem abruptly as a devilish grin appeared on his handsome face.

  "The gates of the underworld, they're finally opening!!"

  His excitement could be felt from the fluctuations in his voice. He was literally trembling... Not only him but even the sword inside his sheath was shivering iement.

  Five Years!

  Around five years, Alex had searched for the path to the underworld to kill all those devils and now... it was happening.

  He was close to achieving his goal!
